Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize Machine Learning models to solve complex business challenges.
Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and data strategies.
Present findings and model results to stakeholders and executives in a clear and impactful way.
Continuously refine and improve models based on evolving data and business needs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning.

Qualifications:

BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science (Honours/Masters preferred).
3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, particularly within the Banking, Telecommunications, or Insurance industries.
Proven experience with Machine Learning, model-building, and data analysis.
Proficiency in statistical programming languages like Python, R, SQL, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
