We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with clients in order to drive sales for our events. The Event Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling event packages, securing sponsorship deals, and meeting sales targets. This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and markets for events
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Create and deliver sales presentations to showcase event offerings
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts
- Collaborate with marketing and event planning teams to develop strategies for promoting events
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
- Meet or exceed sales targets

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Matric certificate
- SA'S ID
