Duties:

• Lead the full financial function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to ensure sound financial decision-making.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse cost structures and implement cost-saving measures to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing financial insights and support for strategic initiatives.

 
Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant.

Experience:

• 6 to 8 years post article experience within Manufacturing or FMCG industry.
• Working knowledge on either Syspro or MS Dynamics.
