Job Purpose:
To provide efficient and professional administrative and receptionist support, ensuring
smooth daily operations and a positive first impression for visitors and clients. The role
involves managing front-desk activities, handling correspondence, coordinating office
functions, and supporting staff to enhance overall productivity and maintain a welcoming
environment.
Requirements:
Minimum Education (Essential)
National Senior Certificate (Matric
Minimum applicable experience (years)
2-3 years’ experience in a receptionist, administrative role
Required nature of experience
- Experience in an Administrative/Receptionist role
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal
- Computer literate
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work both individually as well as in a team-based environmentDuties and Responsibilities
- Switchboard
- Receive payments from customers & generate invoices accordingly (Training will be
provided where necessary)
- Office Administration and filing
- Welcoming and assisting guests,
- Ad-Hoc tasks
