USA BASED REMOTE POSITION :
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong sales background and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting sales targets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and generate leads for new clients.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and successful delivery of candidates according to client requirements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, including sales progress, client satisfaction, and market trends.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to promote the company’s services and expand the client base.

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
