A corporate retail store in Bloemfontein has a vacancy for a Foods Department Manager.

The successful Candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

Ensure delivery of consistent shopping experience.

Imput all foods departmental activities against budgets and business plans.

Ensure sales are inline with agreed budgets.

Maximise selling opportunities for foods instore via selling space.

Manage food sales plan.

Manage operational standards, shrinkage, waste and stock accuracy.

Stock replenishment.

Manage hot foods standards.

Complete weekly risk documentation.

Develop, recruit, and lead foods staff.

Minimize shrinkage.
