English And Afrikaans: 10 years or more
Home Loan Foreclosure Litigation Secretary: 3 to 4 years
Ghost Practice, CACS, And My Attorney: 2 to 3 years

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric and relevant qualifications
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Home Loan Foreclosure Litigation Secretary, preferably with Standard Bank, or experience with Absa Bank and/or Nedbank
Proficient in foreclosure processes and administration
Computer literate with proficiency in multiple systems
Skilled in Dictaphone typing
Ability to perform under pressure
Strong attention to detail and efficient work methods
Familiarity with Court Online and Caselines for application and document enrollment
Knowledge of Ghost Practice, CACS, and My Attorney
Ensure timely management of court dates, application filings, and document uploads
