Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

·        Matric

·        Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field

·        Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant within a large organisation

·        Strong financial acumen

·        Experience in preparing presentations for high-level meetings

·        Exceptional Excel and Power-point Knowledge

Duties include but not limited to:

·        Administrative support

o   Managing the CEO’s schedule , meetings and travel arrangements

o   Preparing presentations

o   Taking minutes in board meetings

o   Handling all calls and communication on CEO’s behalf

·        Financial assistance

o   Assist in preparing presentations of financial reports and budgets

o   Liaise with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

o   Prepare expense reports and manage budget tracking for the CEO’s office

·        Project management

o   Coordinate and oversee special projects

·        Office management

o   Oversee maintenance of office supplies and equipment

Availability and Travel: Need to be reachable after hours and on weekends, sometimes travel is required.

Salary and remuneration : R40 000 – R45 000pm depending on experience
