- Bookkeeping:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Process invoices, track payments, and manage accounts payable.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Payroll Administration:
- Calculate employee wages, deductions, and taxes.
- Process payroll payments and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain employee payroll records and respond to payroll-related inquiries.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Financial Analysis:
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) is a plus.
