Position Overview: As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our client in the US and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, managing schedules, and providing exceptional support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls, including scheduling, sending reminders, and preparing meeting agendas
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with data entry and general administrative tasks
- Conduct research on various topics and compile information as requested
- Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and milestones
- Provide general support to team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with CRM (Hubspot)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working remotely in a virtual office environment
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Hubspot
- Familiarity with video conferencing platforms such as Google Meet or Microsoft Teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
