1. SALES
Recruitment of Prospective Students: Engage with potential students through various platforms to guide them through the enrollment process and achieve enrollment goals.
Product Knowledge: Maintain expertise in institution offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate the institution's value proposition.
Financial Assistance and Solution Selling: Provide guidance on student loans and bursaries while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Customer Relationship Management: Ensure a positive experience for students and sponsors throughout the enrollment process and manage customer relationships.
Reporting: Report sales activities and progress to management.
Administrative Support: Oversee CRM database and manage the sales team's calendar for client appointments.
Operational Support: Confirm appointments, prepare venues, and manage inventory for sales materials.
Event and Promotional Support: Organise and prepare promotional materials for events and client presentations.
Customer and After-Sales Service: Direct customer complaints to appropriate channels and provide feedback for after-sales support.
Logistical Coordination: Manage logistics of purchase orders for the sales team's travel and accommodations for outreach programs.
Administrative and Reporting Duties: Gather supplier quotes, manage purchase orders, compile sales pipeline reports, and handle marketing brief submissions.
2. STUDENT SERVICES RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle student queries related to registration, timetables, marks, and systems.
Manage inquiries regarding subject changes, cancellations, and postponements.
Liaise with academic, support, and administration departments to address student issues.
Handle complaints and set up student and parent meetings.
Assist with re-registration, orientation, and events.
Perform general info desk duties, including first aid and reception tasks.
Coordinate student clubs, councils, student life committees, and events on campus.

3. GENERAL INFO DESK DUTIES
First Aid
Assist the Student Services Manager weekly in ensuring that all student queries have been resolved
Assist with reception and library functions if the responsible person and or a buddy is not available
Assist all outside companies with offerings and job postings
4. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend departmental functions
Attend and assist at open days
Attend registration days on the last Saturday of each month.
Candidate Requirements
