Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
At least 5 years of sales and customer service experience in the clothing and/or uniform solution industry
Strong report-writing skills
Knowledge of Pastel (advantageous)
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Effective territory management and associated sales/customer administration skills
Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
Willingness to travel extensively
Ability to work independently and remotely but still cohesively
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and follow a structured sales plan to engage existing customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions
Continuously build and nurture relationships with both active and inactive customers
Drive sales and contribute to business growth
Operate independently from a home office, managing tasks without close supervision
Travel extensively by road to meet with customers
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Act as an advisor to meet customers' uniform and retail/reseller requirements
