- Assist the executive with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Utilize marketing skills to contribute to brand building efforts, including developing marketing strategies, creating compelling content, and implementing campaigns across various platforms.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Canva, Figma, and other relevant tools to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Record, edit, and post content on social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Strong writing and proofreading skills to ensure all content is error-free and aligns with brand guidelines.
- Manage posting schedules and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
- Coordinate events, including reaching out to attendees and sending invitations, to promote brand awareness and foster relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms to manage customer relationships and track marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a marketing or creative environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience with brand building strategies.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Canva, Figma, and other design and marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with social media management and content creation across various platforms.
- Familiarity with event coordination and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
