Engineuity Global, a leading BPO Outsource Centre based in Cape Town, and make a significant impact by connecting potential clients with essential mental health services. We are in search of a Senior Sales Executive for Client Acquisition who is dynamic, highly motivated, and skilled in converting warm inbound leads as well as generating new opportunities and/or channels to for new client engagement.
Location: South Africa (remote) to service (East Coast Time availability ~ 14:00 to 00:00 availability from Monday to Friday SAST)
About the Role: Sales Specialist for Client Acquisition
As a Sales Specialist, you will be pivotal in growing our client's base through direct and effective new customer acquisition strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and engaging potential clients, explaining the benefits of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and successfully onboarding them.

Candidate Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on cold calling and new client acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conducting sensitive and impactful discussions with prospective clients.
- Deep understanding of CRM software (Zoho preferred); adept at managing sales pipelines and client data.
- Passion for mental health, with a dedication to promoting therapeutic services.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counselling, or a related field is a plus, as is personal or professional experience with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy ('CBT').
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Proactively initiate contact with potential clients through various channels, effectively communicating the benefits of CBT.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to assess needs and align our services with client expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies for new client acquisition and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing head to refine outreach strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
- Maintain meticulous records of interactions and sales activity in our CRM system, ensuring data security and client confidentiality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential referral sources, including mental health professionals and institutions.
