Our client, a Talent Acquisition Specialist specialist, is looking for a Field Team Controller to join their team in Midrand.
As the talent acquisition specialist, you will be the driving force behind our entire recruitment strategy, from identifying staffing needs to attracting and hiring top-tier talent. You will not only fill operational vacancies but also craft and refine our overall talent acquisition strategy to align with our company’s long-term goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet immediate and long-term staffing goals.
- Employ innovative recruitment strategies such as virtual job fairs, social media campaigns, and advanced data analytics to attract quality candidates.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including social media platforms, networking events, job fairs and direct outreach.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for operational roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient and timeous hiring process.
- collaborate with department heads to understand specific job requirements and develop precise job descriptions and specifications.
- Manage the recruitment flows and guide Hiring Managers on the process.
- Enhance employer branding by promoting our company identity and values across various media and professional networks.
- Utilize HR administrative assistants to help manage the high volume of recruitment activities, ensuring all administrative tasks are handled efficiently.
- Implement and utilize metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our recruitment tactics and tools, making data-driven decisions to improve processes.
- Regularly report on recruitment deadlines, workflows, and metrics to the Senior Human Resources Manager, ensuring transparency and timely updates on the recruitment process.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment, implementing new methods of recruitment to attract and retain top talent.
Required Skills
- Talent Aquisition Skills: 5 to 6 years
Candidate Requirements
- BCOM in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition or a similar role, with a track record of successfully filling a variety of positions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate management systems.
