Our client in the Motor Industry, requires the services a Brand Representative who is passionate about cars to join their team.
Key performance areas:
- Build and maintain strong relationships through personalised interactions, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service.
- Represent the company at events and networking functions.
- Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic prospecting and marketing initiatives.
- Overall coordination of service delivery for existing and new clients in Hermanus and surrounding areas.
- Develop and implement effective prospecting and sales strategies to generate leads and expand our luxury client base.
- Proactively network and engage with potential clients, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to generate leads and foster business partnerships.
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate must have:
- Matric with a relevant Diploma / Advanced Certificate
- Proven experience in customer relations or sales role, with a track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
- Must have a network of high-net-worth individuals in surrounding areas
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury car brands and services
- Must understand the luxury market and up to date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Must have a desire to help customers
- Must have strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Must have the ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office – Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Must have a valid driver’s licence, a clean driving record and own reliable transport
