Candidate Requirements
What we are looking for:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategically minded Business Finance Manager with a strong analytical background and proven experience in financial analysis, particularly within contact centre environments. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Excel and MS Access, used for detailed financial modelling and data analysis. You should be adept at financial forecasting, budget management, and possess a keen ability to oversee complex financial reporting and operational metrics.
Candidates should have substantial experience in Workforce Management (WFM), including scheduling and capacity planning. While we welcome part-qualified accountants or those with robust experience in the BPO/Contact Centre environments, traditional accountants focused solely on accounting functions may not be suitable for this role. We need someone who can balance financial acumen, modelling, and planning with operational knowledge. You should be capable of leading pricing strategies and financial negotiations and excel in a fast-paced environment where they can effectively manage multiple priorities. We value professionals who are communicative, proactive, and excel at problem-solving. Your expertise will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial forecasts and facilitate impactful financial and business reviews that enhance our decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis or business planning within a contact centre environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Access for sophisticated financial modelling.
- Strong ability in developing and managing operational and financial forecasts.
- Substantial experience in Workforce Management (WFM), including scheduling and capacity planning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a proven ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
