The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling medical products and services to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. This individual will play a key role in increasing product awareness, generating sales leads, and ultimately driving revenue for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Establish and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrators
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on product benefits and features
- Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on the proper use and maintenance of products
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Tertiary degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in medical sales or a related field
- Knowledge of medical products and services, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
