Role Overview
IGT Africa based in Kyalami Business Park, are looking for a talented and energetic professional to join the most advanced marketing team in the gaming industry.
The ideal candidate should be ready for a new challenge as they will be required to create compelling content, leverage technology including marketing automation, CRM (Salesforce.com), sales enablement platforms (Seismic), social and digital media, and traditional tactics to contribute to the development of multi-level B2B and B2B2C new product introduction and market defense campaigns.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable coordinating small regional events either as part of a larger industry trade show event where we are an exhibitor or a custom sales event.
This unique opportunity allows the candidate to develop strategic initiatives and partnerships with multiple internal stakeholder groups across Sales, Product Management, Product Market Management and Marketing, but still stays very close to the field with tactical execution. The role reports directly to the EMEA Marketing Director who will endeavor to ensure success and development.

Responsibilities
Project manage the creation of product marketing assets for B2B and B2B2C audiences including, but not limited to, print assets (e.g. product literature, advertisements, direct mail), digital assets (e.g. social media and web content, online banners, blog posts), trade publication releases
Across both traditional and digital marketing channels the ideal candidate will be responsible for copywriting, developing creative briefs, proofreading and reviews, handling approvals and content publication
Suport the EMEA Marketing Director in planning and executing Marketing B2B and B2B2C campaigns across all EMEA regions
Project manage and / or assist with small trade shows or custom sales events within the region
Support sales partners and customers in providing marketing graphic assets, merchandise and marketing launch plans as available
Create custom launch plans for your assigned territory market customers in alignment with Go-To-Market strategy for EMEA
Become competent in your gaming industry knowledge
Responsible to adhere to global brand guidelines; serve as EMEA ambassador of the voice and spirit of the IGT brand in all aspects across external campaign assets and internal functions

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in marketing, product management, event management or project management
Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English
Passionate about writing with proven copy writing skills across all forms of communication - you can translate technical content into engaging, targeted messages
Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to summarize information or share details based on assessment of situation
Experience with managing projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience and / or aptitude for working with marketing and CRM software
Familiarity with Social Media Marketing and Event Management is an advantage
