We are looking for an energetic Personal Assistant and Project Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with new venue developments and business operations for a rapidly growing sport that has recently been established in South Africa!
The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, possess strong communication skills, and be equipped to manage multiple projects effectively from a home office setting. In addition to this, you will work closely with the founder to ensure that his day runs efficiently.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience in administrative support and project coordination, preferably in a remote context.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Capability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
Effective multitasking and prioritization.
Adaptability to evolving work practices and business needs.
Set up to work in a fully remote capacity.
Duties:
Provide efficient administrative support across multiple business streams.
Create and update PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and Word documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Manage schedules, appointments, and communications.
Coordinate virtual meetings and manage all logistics.
Prepare materials for presentations, pitches, and virtual meetings.
Perform administrative tasks for negotiations, deal preparations, and strategic development.
Maintain organized digital documents related to business operations.
Handle client communications.
