Job Description:
As the HR Manager for HGS in Cape Town, South Africa, you'll step into a dynamic and pivotal position, spearheading the establishment of an HR department and playing a key role in setting up a new contact centre. Requirements:
- BS degree in HR or relevant area
- Significant experience of payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR system implementation tailored to the BPO sector.
- Robust and demonstrated HR experience, with generalist experience in populations of 500+ coworkers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on productivity and performance goals.
- Ability to lead change management processes and facilitate successful implementation of initiatives.
