- Ensuring the National Inventory is kept at an optimal level to meet supply and demand needs.
- Analyzing and ensuring Non-Moving Inventory and obsolete stock is kept at a minimum
- Supporting and managing effective and accurate planning / forecasting
- Identifying and driving new methods of bettering Planning and Inventory KPI’s
- Developing, managing and maintaining forecast trends and parameters
- Developing and managing inventory control measures put in place to accurately manage and control inventory procedures
- Ensuring air freight costs are kept to a minimum
- Ensuring a first pick availability of >90% are achieved in all Mobile Crane warehouse
- Distributing obsolete inventory reports to promote sales thereof
- Ensuring branch stock turns of >3
- Competitive spare parts pricing
- Growing the spare parts business by 10% p.a.
- Control stock booked into and from Van Stock warehouses
- Stock count on Van Stock warehouses 2x annually
- Evaluating and resolving stock variances
- Apply for scrapping of damaged parts and stock adjustments when required
- Assisting Parts Manager with reports and recommendations for branch / warehouse improvements projects and requirements
- Assisting with Creditors queries relating to stock orders (to ensure timely payment to LWE)

Candidate Requirements
Matric /NQF 4 with 4-5 years of experience in the relevant field.
