The purpose of this position is to provide invaluable support to traders and administrative staff. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting traders and administrative staff in their personal and professional development, and offering general support, motivation and guidance as needed. Your insights and expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall performance and well-being of the trading team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify areas for improvement and development.
- Provide personalized coaching and psychological support to traders and administrative staff, addressing challenges and promoting resilience.
- Collaborate with traders to set actionable goals and strategies for improvement.
- Monitor trader performance and behaviour, offering constructive feedback and guidance.
- Develop and facilitate workshops and training sessions on topics related to trader psychology and performance optimization.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in trading psychology and coaching methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, coaching, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in related field.
- Proven experience in coaching, counseling, or providing psychological support.
- Strong understanding of risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with traders and administrative staff.
