Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising or communications
Duties and responsibilities:
Supports the Marketing Department
Create and respond to opportunities for brand awareness and maintain brand equity
Branding for events and promotions to ensure visibility of the brand:
Assist with various marketing initiatives from planning to execution e.g. events, activation, trade shows, brand materials development, video shoots etc.
Cover company events within and outside off conventional business hours.
Drafts monthly reports, Coordinate and update all marketing reports
Contribute to the strategic marketing plans and perform market research
Continuously gather and share insight on any competitor activities
Form brand partnerships and maximise opportunities through collaboration and execution
Develop and execute marketing campaigns, communication plans, media plans and content plans
Develop strong business relationships with all divisions, vendors and peers
Development of digital content for various owned and paid channels
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral and touch points
Implement and coordinate all marketing activities across all brands within the HOMii Lifestyle
Investigate opportunities which brands can leverage on and develop campaign plans
Provide general admin support as required
Recommend and develop initiatives and targeted campaigns to support the sales teams
Support the Marketing PR team on media kits development and media events
Track and analyse marketing budget, inventory and spend and report on monthly basis
Social Media Community Management
Manage a range of social media platforms and interact with our audiences, using creative means to foster and grow our communities.
Grow brand presence through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
Need to spot creative angles and opportunities in everyday life and turn them into branded content.
Media production:
Create reactive content (images/videos/reel, etc.)
Copywriting (long-form, short-form & digital copy)
Video Editing, Photography & sound bites
Up to date on social media channel changes and innovations thus keeping the online community alive and relevant. Analyse and identify social media trends and feedback to the broader team.
Daily monitoring, flighting of posts, and responding to posts/queries/comments across all social platforms and facilitating this within and outside off conventional business hours. Ensuring that response to comments are actioned quickly (during and after hours) to ensure that "quick response" badges (or equivalent) are maintained across the various channels.
Analyse, prepare, and present reports on social media efforts and results as well providing community insights and trend analyses to the team.
Identify and manage risks whilst staying current with best practices and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with the content team to regularly produce proactive ideas that help grow the brands.
Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions.
