Responsibilities:
The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for;
- Developing a deep understanding of the property industry and the specific requirements of our clients.
- Conducting market research and identifying potential business opportunities within the property sector.
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service.
- Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including databases, job boards, and networking events.
- Conducting candidate interviews and assessments to match them with suitable job opportunities
- Assisting senior consultants in managing the end to end recruitment process, from initial briefings to final placements
- Collaborating with the team to contribute ideas and strategies to enhance the company’s presence in the property recruitment market
- Participating in training programs to develop your recruitment skills and knowledge.
Recruitment Consultant Specification:
All applicants for this Recruitment Consultant position must meet the following criteria;
Previous experience desirable
- Estate agency sales/lettings
- B2B sales
- Telesales
- Telephone based customer service
- Marketing and advertising
Personal attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of individuals at various levels of the management hierarchy
- A proactive and tenacious attitude, driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations
- A quick learner, with the ability to adapt to a fast paced and evolving environment
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- High levels of attention to detail, with the ability to be thorough and methodical in following process
