Respond to calls and enquiries of all patients, at all times treating the patient respectfully.
2) Make Consulting appointment bookings.
3) Ad-hoc receipt of payment from walk-in patients and allocation thereof.
4) Manage Diary and send out reminders regarding appointments
5) Billing of medical reports and other letters
6) Allocate Insurance receipts
7) Completion of RAF forms
8) “Welcome” first time patients with a welcome pack and the billing policy to sign.
9) Open electronic and manual files for new patients coming through the rooms and maintain both electronic and manual files.
10) Attend to typing of dictations, placing a manual copy in the manual file and uploading an electronic pdf into the electronic file.
11) Any other reasonable request relating to the job function, not otherwise specified.
