Our client in the Real Estate Industry, requires the services of a highly organised and reliable Personal Assistant to join their team.
Key performance areas:
- Administrative Support: Providing administrative support such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role, particularly when handling sensitive information.
- Travel Arrangements: Making travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Local & International including Visa applications
- Errands and Tasks: Running errands as required.
- Communication: Acting as a point of contact between the individual and others, managing phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Research: Conducting research on various topics as requested by the individual.
- Organization: Assisting with organization and maintenance of personal and professional spaces, including filing paperwork and keeping track of important documents.
- Event Planning: Assisting with planning and coordinating events, both personal and professional.
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate must have:
- Matric
- At least 2-4 years relevant experience in an Administrative Environment or similar environment
- Must be able to handle a wide range of tasks with professionalism and discretion
- Must have good problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs
- Must have good time-management and organizational skills
- Must have excellent computer literate
- Must be adaptable and able to handle changing schedules and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license with own reliable transport
