· Manage and track new sales opportunities to closure daily, weekly, and monthly
· Reporting required by the CEO
Job Description
· Direct sales of IT Data management and security services and products to midlevel corporate market
· Creating new opportunities, thus realizing additional turnover for the company through your sales efforts
· Create a sales pipeline of at least one quarter in advance, relative to the targets set by the CEO.
· Devise a channel management growth plan with budget requirements, marketing activity and future expansion in collaboration with the Business Development team
· Draft proposals and supply information to build sales
· Manage, report on and update sales
· At all times ensure compliance with SLA and Legal requirements in the process of any sale.

Candidate Requirements
Job skills requirements
· 35 to 45 years old
· Proven track record with provision of basic salary and commission pay slips for the last 6 months.
· Relevant qualifications & experience in IT sales and general IT knowledge
· Good knowledge of IT technical operations and general sector
· Have knowledge and be comfortable with dealing with SMEs at the board/owner level
· A relevant contact base of customers which can add immediate value
· Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to close deals
· Presentable
· Good presentation skills
· Must have a very good command of the English language as international sales will form part of your duties
· Knowledge of Customer Service Practices
· Project rollout skills in IT are a definite added advantage.
· Excellent MS Office and particularly Excel skills as well as knowledge of social media practices in sales
· Valid drivers’ licence and own reliable vehicle
