An exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated HR Operations Manager to manage all areas of HR Operations within the HR Department.
Main Duties
- Provide a hands-on HR business partnership to the Regal Branch network.
- Update, implement HR Systems so as to become current, relevant and aligned to modern HR technology so as to minimize manual HR cycle processes. Maintain current HR system efficiencies until such time it has been replaced with an updated version.
- Assist Management in the understanding and correct application of the Talent Review process.
- Provide above stakeholders with the necessary templates & tools, to ensure a common and standardized understanding to populate the talent review as per the 9-box grid.
- Assist in the formulation of succession plans for top talent per department and all branches.
- Educate, advise and assist line managers to have meaningful bi-annual performance evaluation reviews with their staff.
- Enable and enhance two-way performance conversations, i.e., ensure that line managers give feedback to the staff that they have appraised.
- Provide line managers with the necessary skills and tools to enable them to have honest conversations with their staff. This may require training in areas such as conflict resolution, communication and mediation skills.
- Ensure that Regal’s staff demographics remain in line with Employment Equity plans of the business.
- Ensure that Regal complies with the requirements of the Social & Ethics reporting pillars outlined in the Companies Act 71 of 2018.
- Consistently monitor the achievement of Employment Equity goals and targets ensuring that the company meets all mandated employment equity plans.
- Provide a HR Branch overview at the end of each month.

- 8 -10 years’ relevant HR Management experience
- B Com in HR Management
- Staff Management
- Employment Equity Reporting Experience essential
- Talent Management Experience essential

- Own vehicle with a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to travel
