Job description:

• Providing assistance to customers via email, telephone and live chat support
• Required to meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels.

Requirements:

• Native level fluency in Greek language: Verbal & Written skills essential (Advanced/Fluency level)
• Must reside within South Africa
• Excellent Computer literacy & technical skills

Mandatory:

• Fibre internet line 

Salary:

• R240 000 CTC per annum / R20 000 CTC per month

Location:

• Home based/ Remote

Working hours:

• Mon-Fri 08h00 – 19h00/ rotational weekends (09h00-17h00) 

Additional:

• Desktop/Laptop and headset will be provided (delivered to your home)
• Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid). Training will be conducted remotely via MS Teams/ Zoom.
