Sandton based law firm seeks to employ the services of an experienced Receptionist.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately;
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls;
- Update calendars and schedule meetings;
- General administrative and clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing and assisting colleagues where possible.
- Assisting conveyancing and litigation department with general administratio duties.
Candidate Requirements
- Three to five years proven work experience as a Receptionist / Administrator / front office representative or similiar role;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Hands on experience with office equipment;
- Professional attitude and appearance;
- Solid written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills.
