Employer: Blum and Hofmeyr
The successful Applicant will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales objectives within the organisation and involves sales administration, order processing, general administration and support to the sales and maketing department.
Interface and follow up with Sals Representatives.
Prepare quotations, RFQ's and order intake.
Maintain accurate records of sales data and representative activity.
Prepare Tenders, Vendor applications and Contractors packs.
Implement and maintain the Client purchase order procedures.
Co-ordinate the Sales Representatives activities.
Managment of quotations, orders and sales data.
Liaise between the Sales Representatives and Project Managers.
Administration of inductions and medical tests for Technicians.
Handle Customer queries.
Candidate Requirements
Matric.
2-3 years experience.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Previous experience within a sales administration capacity would be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to monitor and consistently follow up with sales staff.
Must be accurate and have attention to detail.
