Summary:
The Retail Representative is responsible for representing our brand and product line to customers in a retail setting. Responsibilities:

3. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering product-related inquiries, and addressing any concerns or complaints.

5. Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including product displays, shelves, and signage.
6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skills.
5. Demonstrated ability to effectively present and promote products to customers.
6. Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
7. Proficient computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
9. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy merchandise for extended periods.
