Job Title: Sales Administrator
Job Overview:
The Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth functioning of the sales process. Responsibilities:
1. Administer all aspects of the sales process, including order management, inventory tracking, and customer follow-ups.
2. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
3. Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date entry of sales leads, contacts, and relevant information.
4. Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services.
5. Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
6. Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
7. Monitor sales records and generate reports, analyzing sales data, and identifying trends or opportunities for growth.
8. Collaborate with sales representatives to provide administrative support, such as generating sales quotes, tracking sales activity, and updating sales forecasts.
9. Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
1. Proven working experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Assistant, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
2. Solid knowledge of sales and customer service principles.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Proficiency in using MS Office (particularly Excel and Word).
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong telephone etiquette.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
9. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
10. A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
