Friendly bilingual (English & Afrikaans) person (Male or Female) to handle telephonic enquiries and book jobs for a busy DSTV installation company in Centurion.
Will be required to work as a cashier occasionally.
Required Skills
- Receptionist / Salesperson: 1 year or less
Candidate Requirements
- Pleasant personality and telephone manners.
- Must have a technical aptitude to understand and answer our customer's technical questions.
- Sales skills to convince the public to use us for their installation or repair.
- Trustworthy and able to handle cash.
- Administrative skills - matric - computer literate - 30 WPM without mistakes.
- Must be able to work under pressure in a busy workplace.
- Must be able to work independently.
