Manager: Compilation Our client a Financial and Auditing company, based in the heart of George, is currently on a recruitment drive for a Manager - Compilation to join their team.Key Responsibilities:Take responsibility for client's portfoliosCompilation of Financial Statementsprovisional and Income Tax CalculationsOn-the-job training for trainee accountantsMeet monthly deadlines in a timeously mannerSelf-motivation, excellent communication with clients and colleagues, teamworking and interpersonal skillsdetail reviews on team's work performedReconciliations of input / output VAT to monthly trial balanceBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsIdeal Candidate should have:Analytical SkillsInterpersonal skillsGreat communication skillsOrganisational skillsTime management skillsProblem solving skillsReport writing skillsTraining presentation skillsPlanning skillsManagement and leadership skills

Requirements:

Matric
Management experience or relevant managerial experience
Must be able to work under pressure
Knowledge of IFRS or IFRS for SME's
Must be accurate and attention to detail
MS Office
VAT & Income tax knowledge
Management of client's portfolios
Fluent in Afrikaans / English

Recommended - Not a requirement but will be seen as an advantage:

Degree in Financial Accounting
Completed SAICA Articles
Caseware or Draftworx experience
Sage / Xero Experience
