Job Experience & Skills Required:

Liaising with clients
Ensuring customer Satisfaction
Understanding products
Invoicing finished products
Marketing the company to existing and new clients
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company
Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
Resolving customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way
Gathering, reporting and communicating customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery
