Recruiting for a Financial Controller position based in Centurion. People leadership skills are required to lead a team of 8 finance professionals.

Position: Financial Controller
Location: Centurion
Salary: R 600 000 to R 700 000 (depending on experience)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Financial Control and implementation
Financial management
Reporting
Review and evaluate daily Sales and expanse forecasts
Prepare month-end results, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Variance analysis
Budgeting and Forecasting
Tax, Statutory, and Audit
Working Capital Management
Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable age analyses
Fixed Asset Management
Ensure accurate costing of stock
Monthly Measurement of Working Capital targets
Improve processes and procedures
Team management (8 people)
Address ad hoc queries from businesses and suppliers/customers where required

Job Experience & Skills Required:

SAIPA accredited
Industry preference: FMCG / Manufacturing / Retail / Pharmaceutical / Agriculture
Excellent management and leadership skills
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Effectively and efficiently manage the working capital
