Employer: People finder Career Placements

Our client in the Aviation industry requires the services of a Payroll Clerk.

Key performance areas:

Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data
Coordinate with HR and finance teams to carry out payroll processing
Ensure that payroll is processed timely and accurately
Address payroll related queries and request from employees
Dealing with telephone queries
Filing/Admin

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

Matric
1 – 2 years’ payroll experience
High computer literacy – experience in Sage300 would be advantageous
Understanding of general payroll policies, practices and principles.
Attention to detail
High level of confidentiality
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
