WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A leading authorized Financial Services provider is on the hunt for our next Sales Leader / Representative to join our expanding leadership team. The successful candidate needs to have at least 2-3 years external sales experience, which must include prospecting for new business, setting up of appointments and leading teams, in order to proactively drive sales within our government client portfolio.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 

• High achiever with proven personal success in the sales environment 
• Ability to lead, motivate and energise a diverse sales team who operate to achieve set sales targets, Positive, solution-focused attitude. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to adapt to, and embrace, new ideas and processes and drive them amongst your team. 
• Competence in conducting presentations. 
• Closing, negotiation and objection handling skills
