A great mining company in the Northern Cape is seeking the expertise of an Auto-Electrician to join their team.

Essential Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Auto Electrician Trade Test Certificate
• N4 Certificate in Electrical Engineering
• 3 – 5 years of experience in an opencast mining environment
• Experience working with Heavy Earth Moving Equipment

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Compliance with all safety regulations as set out in the mines policies
• Breakdown maintenance
• Planned maintenance
• Fault finding
• Requisition of parts needed
• Job Cards
• Paperwork concerning repairs
• Follow up on breakdowns
• General tidiness and good housekeeping of site and other areas of responsibility
