A dynamic company based in Houghton is looking for a Manager

Duties:

• We would prefer that the replacement of the Manager is an Attorney or has a legal degree/background. 
• The candidate must be well spoken and have the ability to review/ prepare/interpret contracts (especially related to sale of shares and the governing provisions in the Act), resolutions and the like. 
• Knowledge of and experience with the Social and Ethics committee requirement, Delegation of Authorities as well as being able to give advice at Board and Shareholder meetings is required
• Manage 6-8 people
• Setup meetings
• Liaise with clients
• Overseen by Director
