Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• 8 years of project management and related experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2 or any project management certification
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  
• Plan, execute, and deliver projects in accordance with strict deadlines, scope and within budget, this includes coordinating the efforts of team members
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
• Use best practices and methods to estimate resources needed to achieve project goals
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
• Successfully deliver projects within Scope, Time and Budget while maintaining a Quality results
• Compile End to End project documentation for the assigned project
• Proactive engagement all project stakeholders and escalation when required
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team early
