This globally known company is looking for an Automation Engineer to join their team of experts. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in designing, programming, and testing automated equipment and processes that meet customer requirements.

You would be responsible for several key tasks, including programming, debugging, and modifying PLCs, RAPIDs, Prepmasters, and other control systems. You would also be responsible for HMI application development and testing, onsite installation and commissioning of new systems, troubleshooting existing installations remotely or in the field, creating software and operating manuals, and providing training for users. They should also have experience in configuration, programming, and commissioning PLCs, variable speed drives, barcode scanners, and safety devices. Experience in robotics (ABB, Mitsubishi, Epson) and SCADA’s (Siemens WINCC preferred) is also preferred.

Education:

• BSc/BTech/BEng in Mechanical Engineering
