Requirements:

• Reside in Northern Suburbs.
• Grade 12 / Matric
• Own transport and valid license.
• Accurate and detailed orientated.
• Have exceptional Excel and Analytical skills.
• Good time management and a fast learner who takes initiative.

Job responsibilities:

• Coordinate production workflow
• Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials to cover production demand
• Schedule production and labour according to production demand, develop a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion date
• Monitor production and raw material costs, maintain workflow and ensure the smooth running of the production plant
• Ensure the final product is according to statutory / regulatory / customer requirements
• Ensure the profitability of the products
• Collaborate with the other members of the team for feedback postproduction
• Keep yourself updated about the latest market trends and consumer demands
• Provide manufacturing information by compiling, checking, sorting and analysing production data
• Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports
• Collaborate with quality control
• Collect and assesses data about the production and team's performance
• Prepare reports about production processes for upper management and suggest ways to improve efficiency
