FUNCTIONS

• Work with the marketing team to establish telesales campaigns for promoting the product offers to present and potential customers


• Identifying opportunities for sales and effectively presenting the key features and advantages of the company to secure new business

• Develop a prospective customers contact database and build upon current database


• Take daily orders from clients and load on the computer system


• Prepare quotations for clients as and when required


• Follow up with clients and maintain follow-up procedures correctly with minimal supervision


• Keep and maintain records of daily telesales activities


• Aim to reach predetermined targets and also promote specials


• Seek out new ideas to generate sales opportunities to meet company targets by up-selling and Cross-selling products


• Keep knowledge current by attending product information sessions


• Monitor the W88 orders


• Check faxes and emails regularly

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Matric


• Computer Literate (Invoicing/Order processing)


• Good Communication Skills (English Afrikaans Xhosa – fluent in 2 languages)


• Time Management Skills


• Assertive with good Selling Skills


• Interpersonal Skill


• Previous Reception or Telesales experience – definite advantage


• Previous Oracle experience – definite advantage
