INDUSTRIAL/MECHANICAL PROCESS ENGINEER

Cape Town for a year and relocate to USA
International company

Will be responsible for manufacturing engineering, industrial and process engineering related functions. Supports production facility related for production and engineering development activities

Qualification and experience :

B.Eng. / B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an Automotive manufacturing environment.
Experience in lean manufacturing
Understanding of optimization

Responsibilities:

Production process- and equipment planning, documentation, monitoring & optimization through implementation of LEAN principles.
Other activities include participation in engineering development and operator training.
Support production line and manufacturing/ process engineering needs
Facilities and tooling development

The candidate will work from South Africa with the possibility to emigrate to the USA after 1 year.
