Key responsibilities, but not limited to:
Sales order processing.
Administrative support to senior management – communication with customers, scheduling appointments, etc.
Stock monitoring – managing the transfer of stock on the financial system.
Tracking customer complaints.
Adherence to Workflow SOP’s.
Administering courier services when required.
Reception.
Remuneration:
R18 000 to R20 000ctc.

RS Recruitment Services is assisting a well-established organisation in the INK MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY to recruit a SALES ADMINISTRATOR to be based at their office in MUIZENBERG, CAPE TOWN. R18 000 to
R20 000ctc.
OUR CLIENT IS A LEADING MANUFACTURER, DISTRIBUTOR AND SUPPLIER OF SPECIALISED INKS, COATINGS AND ADHESIVES THROUGHOUT SOUTH AFRICA.
The SALES ADMINISTRATOR will be a member of the technical sales team providing sales and general administrative support to the Technical Sales Director and sales team. This position plays a key role in ensuring customers are provided with the highest levels of service
The ideal candidate should have/be the following:
National Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
5 Years’ experience in an administration role in a sales environment where customer service was a focus.
Computer literacy - Intermediate knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Previous experience on an ERP system.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and feedback.
