· Set and own the vision and strategic plan for Sales growth in Europe.
· Produce new revenue by researching and engaging potential prospects.
· Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their performance through the use of your products.
· Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.
· Lead your team to execute in the 3 existing markets (France, UK and Portugal), and lead the expansion to new markets.
· Build and scale the European Sales team to accelerate revenue growth.
· Hire, coach and directly manage teams
· Oversee and own the pipeline of opportunities for your region by conducting weekly pipeline review and forecast meetings with team members.
· Support direct reports by participating in client and prospect meetings as needed.
· Removing blockers, owning projects to deliver growth and testing new ideas to move the business forward
· Develop processes, tools, guidance and for your sales organization
· Own, develop and nurture effective and collaborative cross-functional relationships with: Marketing, Customer Success, Technology, Finance & People, Compliance and Legal.
· Bring an authentic culture whilst ensuring it is one of performance, accountability, inclusion and fun.
· Report directly to the CEO, and be part of the Leadership Team of the Group.

- Business Development Management: 5 to 6 years
- B2b Services: 5 to 6 years
Candidate Requirements
· Experience of B-to-B selling of a tech service or SaaS product into the large business market.
· Strong prospective network of potential clients as well as reselling partners.
· Experience of rapidly structuring and scaling a sales organisation in multiple locations, scale up/start-up experience would be advantageous.
· Demonstrated Sales management experience, including hiring, developing and driving accountability.
· Proven ability to manage sales teams from different cultures in diverse countries.
· Experience with fast paced scale up environments, are thriving on the challenge to get things done quickly and deliver results.
· Experience in an international and diverse team environment.
LOCATION
For this client-facing role, you are expected to live in Europe (preferably France or Luxembourg), and be willing to travel.
Our back-office teams are remote-first and distributed: we work fully or partially remotely in 5 different countries across 4 different time zones (GMT+0 to GMT+4). Autonomy, trust and commitment are the basis of our organisation.
