We are looking for a young, energetic and dynamic talent acquisition consultant to recruit excellent candidates for our business and specifically the intern, bursar and graduate programmes. You will build lasting relationships with these candidates, guiding them into their successful careers with us. In this role, you will manage and co-ordinate various initiatives and campaigns, while showcasing our strong employer brand and ensuring a great candidate experience.
As a talent consultant
Working closely with recruitment agencies and other service providers
Working closely with hiring managers in identifying staffing needs
Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, technical challenges and interviews
As a grad master
Sourcing talented interns, bursars and graduate candidates for our relevant programmes
Building and maintaining strong relationships with these candidates
Utilising your solid social media presence to interact with candidates and showcase involvements, events and campaigns
Working closely with marketing team to ideate and initiate innovative ways to engage with and approach students
Assisting with event co-ordination and management for intern, bursar and graduate days
Reporting on various programmes and liaising with relevant stakeholders within the business
2-3 years’ experience recruiting technical talent within the software development space
Previous experience in internal IT recruitment preferable
Experienced in full-cycle recruitment and headhunting
Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools including internal ATS CV databases, deep-web Boolean searching, tapping through engineering / business social networks and other unique methods
Ability to generate a high-volume high-quality pipeline of candidates within tight deadlines
Ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks
Ability to effectively manage time in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
Ability to maintain strong relationships with candidates, recruiters and executives
Excellent admin, communication and statistics reporting skills
